Lynne R. Cashman Photographer: Cuba Revisited: Up Front and Personal

I create impressionistic images in my camera - without any manipulation.

Realism becomes an impression and then an abstraction.

Concentrating on the color, light and shadows found in nature, I use my camera to create images that many say are more like paintings than photographs.

Often my images result in pure abstractions of color, form and shape revealing the hidden rhythms of the natural world.
